【摘要】:Thisproceduresimulateshandandmachineunwindingoftapeatlowrates.Theforcerequiredforunwindingatlowratesisafunctionofrate.Atsomerate(expectedtobedifferentforeachconstructiontypeandmanufacturer)thereoccursaninversionoftheresponse.Therateforthistestmethoddoesnotallowforcomparisonsofdifferenttapesthatwillbeunwoundathighrates.Thisprocedurecanbeusedtoindicatesatisfactionwhereaspecificationforunwind,eithermaximumorminimum,isestablishedandwhentheresponsesreferredtoin5.1aretakenintoconsideration.1.1Thistestmethodprovidesoneprocedurefordeterminingtheforcerequiredtounwindarollofpressure-sensitivetape.1.2ThevaluesstatedineitherSIorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependently,withoutcombiningvaluesinanyway.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
