【摘要】:ThispartofISO15156describesgeneralprinciplesandgivesrequirementsandrecommendationsfortheselectionandqualificationofmetallicmaterialsforserviceinequipmentusedinoilandgasproductionandinnaturalgassweeteningplantsinH2S-containingenvironments,wherethefailureofsuchequipmentcouldposearisktothehealthandsafetyofthepublicandpersonnelortotheenvironment.Itcanbeappliedtohelptoavoidcostlycorrosiondamagetotheequipmentitself.Itsupplements,butdoesnotreplace,thematerialrequirementsgivenintheappropriatedesigncodes,standardsorregulations.ThispartofISO15156addressesallmechanismsofcrackingthatcanbecausedbyH2S,includingsulfidestresscracking,stresscorrosioncracking,hydrogen-inducedcrackingandstepwisecracking,stress-orientedhydrogen-inducedcracking,softzonecrackingandgalvanicallyinducedhydrogenstresscracking.Table1providesanon-exhaustivelistofequipmenttowhichthispartofISO15156isapplicable,includingpermittedexclusions.ThispartofISO15156appliestothequalificationandselectionofmaterialsforequipmentdesignedandconstructedusingconventionalelasticdesigncriteria.ThispartofISO15156isnotnecessarilyapplicabletoequipmentusedinrefiningordownstreamprocessesandequipment.CAUTION—MetallicmaterialsselectedorqualifiedusingISO15156areresistanttocrackingindefinedH2S-containingenvironmentsinoilandgasproduction,butarenotnecessarilyimmuneunderallserviceconditions.

【摘要】:ThevariouspartsofISO12891giverecommendationsfortheretrieval,handlingandanalysisofsurgicalimplantsandassociatedspecimenswhichareremovedfrompatientsroutinely,duringrevisionsurgeryorpost-mortem.Theaimistoprovideguidanceinpreventingdamagetothespecimenswhichcouldobscuretheinvestigationresults,andingatheringdataatthepropertimeandunderthepropercircumstancestovalidatethestudy.Part1dealswithretrievalandhandling.Parts2to4concerntheanalysisofimplantsofspecificmaterials,includingprotocolsforreportingthedatacollected.Forparticularinvestigationprogrammes,additional,morespecific,protocolsmayberequired.Ifspecialanalyticaltechniquesareemployed,theappropriateproceduresshouldbespecified.ThispartofISO12891providesguidanceontheanalysisofretrievedceramicsurgicalimplants.Forgeneralinformationonceramics,seethebibliography.Theinvestigationisdividedintothreestagesthatareincreasinglydestructive.Thestageandtypeofinvestigationshouldbechosenasafunctionofthetypeofimplantandthepurposeoftheinvestigation.ThispartofISO12891concerns"dense","stable"ceramicssuchasaluminaandtetragonalzirconia.However,wheresuitable,sectionsofthispartofISO12891maybealsoappliedtolessstableceramicslikehydroxyapatiteorbio-accessibleceramicsliketricalciumphosphate.Inclause6,someprovisionsaremadeforanalysesofsuchtypesofceramic.ThispartofISO12891shouldbeusedinaccordancewithnationalregulationsorlegalrequirementsconcerningthehandlingandanalysisofretrievedimplantsandtissuesandassociatedbiologicalmaterial.
