【摘要】:ThisEuropeanTechnicalReportprovidesguidanceonassessingthepossibilityofinadvertentextractionofenergyfromanelectromagneticfieldpropagatedfromradiofrequency(RF),radarorothertransmitterantennasandthecouplingofthisenergytoanelectro-explosivedevice(EED)inamannercapableofcausinginitiation.ThefrequencyrangecoveredbythisEuropeanTechnicalReportis9kHzto60GHz.ThisEuropeanTechnicalReportonlyappliestobridge-wiredeviceswhicharedirectlyinitiatedbyradiofrequencycurrentanddoesnotapplytospecialdetonators,forexample,electronicdetonators.Itdoesnotcoverthesimilarhazardarisingfromelectromagneticfieldsgeneratedbyothermeans,forexampleelectricstorms,electricitygeneratingplantorpowertransmissionlines.ThisEuropeanTechnicalReportdoesnotapplytothefollowingequipment:?airbagignitersforautomotiveapplications(includingtheignitersbeforetheyarefitted);?specialpyrotechnicdevices;?pyromechanisms;?ignitersforfireworks;?specialmilitarydevices;?specialsafetyequipment.
