【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodprovidesaprocedureforevaluatingthesolderabilityofmetallic-coatedproductsandtestspecimenstoassuresatisfactoryperformanceinmanufacturingprocessesrequiringsolderingwithsoft(tin-lead)solderandrosinflux.Thistestmethodisapplicableonlyfortestingcoatingsthatarenormallyreadilysolderablesuchas:tin,tin-leadalloy,silver,andgold.1.2Thistestmethodisqualitativeandbroadlyapplicable.Itiseasytoperformandrequiresonlysimpleequipment.Thereareothersolderabilitytestsnotcoveredbythistestmethodthataremoreapplicabletospecificsituations,yieldquantitativeresults,orboth.Severalaredescribedintheliterature.Thisisa"go-no-go"testanddoesnotgradesolderabilityasexcellent,good,fair,andsoforth.Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
